integer value of a specific enums

To the integer value of a specific enumerator, I've built the following small helper method:

In my case, I read the name of the actual enumerator from the app.config and transferring it to my helper method. The excerpt for my book. Actually I had thought that the agency would take care of the marketing, so I can sit in the next four weeks to the main plant. But unfortunately, everything changed.

So we can certainly assume that the experiences I made during my trip so far unique in the world, significantly different from Thacker. And I know that my experience was very unusual - I've not all given up on this blog.

I have my first line as a precaution even if two people I trust to read. Perhaps this is simply the quality of my writing. But the first chapter was very well received by readers. What remains to me now?
