For several days the final version of Microsoft Expression Studio 4 is available. Unfortunately, the Windows Mobile 7 CTP Refresh (still) not compatible with Expression Blend 4th So clearly this will not be disclosed:
remains as probably no other choice than to a new update of Windows Mobile 7 SDK, or to wait to install the release candidate of Expression Blend 4 .. get
